SKI RENTAL BINDING RELASE SETTINGS

Whenever you use our rental skiing equipment, we ensure that every safety check possible has been undertaken by our trained team. To help us do this – we ask every customer (whether you are skiing recreationally or with one of our instructors, to provide all of the below information so that we can set your ski bindings release pressures.

    To enable us to set your Ski Bindings release settings accurately, we have to establish what type of skier you are.

    Type 1 Skiers:

    • Ski conservatively

    • Prefer slower speeds

    • Ski on easy to moderate slopes

    Type 2 Skiers:

    • Intermediate skiers in a good physical condition

    • Prefer a variety of speeds

    • Ski on varied terrain, including some difficult trails

    Type 3 Skiers:

    • Ski aggressively

    • Usually ski at high speeds

    • Prefer moderate to steep terrain
