Once you have achieved the Recreational Standard you are able to come & use our slopes unsupervised. Through recreational sessions you can really develop your technique & practice the skills you have learnt in our lessons.
Snowboarders who regularly snowboard recreationaly find their fitness levels & skills improve dramatically. Save £££’s with one off our lift passes, for a one of fee you get unlimited access to the slopes!
For safety reasons we cannot allow inexperienced snowboarders on the slopes without guidance from one of our qualified instructors.
If you do not meet the required recreational standard (see below) then you must book lessons, please contact us to discuss the various options.
Required Recreational Standard
1) Able to diagonal side-slip on both heel & toe edge.
2) Able to break & stop.
3) Able to use the main lift.
The smaller slope and Travelator are available in recreational times to experienced public however they may be in use for lessons, so please be prepared to use the main slope in peak times if asked, thank you.
For the health & safety of all of our customers, members of the public are not permitted to teach others at the centre. All inexperienced snowboarders must book lessons with one of our trained instructors.

Monday & Tuesday
10.00am – 9pm
10am – 5pm (Race Club from 5pm)
Thursday & Friday
10.00am-10pm (*note restrictions below on Friday night!)
1.00pm – 5pm (closed 5pm – 7.30pm)
7.30pm -10pm (*note restrictions below!)
12pm – 5.45pm
Outside of these times and while Snowtrax is open, the slopes are closed due to Children’s Lessons (Saturday and Sunday Morning) and Team Snowtrax (Race Club) sessions.

Freestyle Club session from 6.30pm until 9.30pm (limited space on the slopes)
