Once you have achieved the Recreational Standard you are able to come & use our slopes unsupervised. Through recreational sessions you can really develop your technique & practice the skills you have learnt in our lessons.
Snowboarders who regularly snowboard recreationaly find their fitness levels & skills improve dramatically. Save £££’s with one off our lift passes, for a one of fee you get unlimited access to the slopes!
For safety reasons we cannot allow inexperienced snowboarders on the slopes without guidance from one of our qualified instructors.
If you do not meet the required recreational standard (see below) then you must book lessons, please contact us to discuss the various options.
Required Recreational Standard
1) Able to diagonal side-slip on both heel & toe edge.
2) Able to break & stop.
3) Able to use the main lift.
The smaller slope and Travelator are available in recreational times to experienced public however they may be in use for lessons, so please be prepared to use the main slope in peak times if asked, thank you.
For the health & safety of all of our customers, members of the public are not permitted to teach others at the centre. All inexperienced snowboarders must book lessons with one of our trained instructors.

Due to Race Club and childrens classes THE MAIN SLOPE IS CLOSED FOR RECREATIONAL USE AS FOLLOWS:
– Wednesdays 5.30pm -9pm
– Saturdays 8.30am until 1.00PM (all slopes closed) and 5pm until 6.30pm for main slope
– Sundays 9am until 12.30pm (all slopes closed)
Restricted slope space:
Slope open for recreational use from 1pm (Freestyle Club session from 6.30pm until 9.30pm, limited space on the slopes)
