GENERAL INFORMATION
Group snowboard lessons are a fun way to learn with other snowboarders of a similar standard.
Suitable from Novice to Expert, our professional instructors will help you develop your skills & enhance your enjoyment of the sport. Group snowboard lessons have a maximum class size of 6 participants.
All of our lessons are for 45 minutes, which includes a short safety briefing before heading out onto the slopes.
You can either book lessons 1 at a time, or take advantage of our special offer & book a block of 6 lessons at a reduced rate.
The minimum age for our group snowboard lessons is 8 years old.
TIMETABLE
Please find below a schedule for the group lessons we run. If you wish to start a course of lessons then they begin every two weeks. Please contact a member of staff to find out the next start date. Please see the level descriptions under ‘Ability Levels’ below to work out which group would suit your ability.

ABILITY LEVELS
You’ll need to carefully select your ability level before making your booking, if you’re not sure then please check at the time of booking. Being on a lesson of the correct standard will greatly enhance your enjoyment of the lesson.
Level 1 – Introduction of equipment and safety talk. Introduction to straight-run sliding.
Level 2 – Review level 1. Side slipping using toe and heel edge, controlled decent.
Level 3 – Review level 2. Diagonal side slip on toe and heel edge.
Level 4 – Review level 3. Heel & toe edge to fall line.
Level 5 – Review level 4. Isolated C turns, heel to toe & toe to heel.
Level 6 – Review level 5. Link C turns & progress to S turns.
