New Branding. New Menu. Same Alpine Vibes!

We’re excited to announce that our Alpine Bistro has been re-branded to the Alpine Pub! Along with this exciting refresh, we’ve added some great NEW additions to our Menu!

For the last… actually… we’re not even sure how many years – the restaurant here at Snowtrax has been called the Alpine Bistro. Originally, we felt this name encompassed everything that the catering side of our business was doing, but as with most things, we’ve evolved. Over the last few years, our restaurant has increased the capacity of dishes we create, covers we have and indeed customers we’ve served – meaning that our original name didn’t seem to fit any more.

So, what’s new?

Ultimately – we’re still the same Family run restaurant, just with a slightly NEW identity that we feel better aligns with the experience our customers have. We serve food and drink to Families. Families that have either attended one of our brilliant outdoor activities or are visiting the restaurant itself. We still have the same Alpine Vibes, Home cooked food and great range of real ales – but we’re now more focused than ever to showcase what the Alpine Pub can offer to families all over Dorset and Hampshire.
