KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, team training, and menu development — all while ensuring we maintain our EHO 5-star food hygiene rating.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional food that exceeds customer expectations.
• Train, motivate, and support kitchen staff to reach their full potential.
• Maintain our EHO 5-star food hygiene rating through rigorous standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Work with management to develop seasonal menus and special promotions.
• Ensure equipment is safe, well-maintained, and any issues are promptly reported.
• Foster a positive, efficient, and team-focused kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proven experience in a supervisory kitchen role.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A passion for great food, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Hours: 40 hours per week on, must be available to work weekends and evenings.
Contract: Full-Time, permanent position

BAR STAFF

Job Title: Bar Staff

Hours: Evenings and Weekdays

Contract: Part-Time (permanent shifts)

Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our friendly catering team! Must be available to work weekends.

Key Attributes: Previous experience in a similar role is favourable although on-the-job training will be provided. Applicant must be extremely well organised, have excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SKI INSTRUCTOR

Job Title: Ski Instructor

Hours: Weekdays and Weekends

Salary: Depends on experience

Contract: winter season October- April

Job Description:

We’re looking Ski Instructors!

If you are interested in this role and are a competent skier with qualifications as an instructor, please apply. Full Training supplied.

Main Responsibilities

• Teaching/organising a range of abilities and ages
• Participation in training sessions/ Instructor club
• Become familiar with Lesson syllabus, sessions, pricing and structure, to assist with any questions

Key Attributes: Keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, friendly customer experience focussed approach and teaching experience.
